Our return and refund policy has been designed to make your shopping experience with us as seamless as possible while adhering to the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) and Fair Trading Act of New Zealand. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Faulty Products: If a product is damaged or faulty upon purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of purchase with the receipt or proof of purchase. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as per your preference.
2. Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item you didn’t order, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
3. Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, especially for perishable and frozen items. Please choose carefully.
Conditions for Returns Items must be in their original packaging and unused. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for perishable goods, including fresh produce, meat, seafood, or frozen items, unless they are damaged or faulty. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or transaction confirmation for click and collect purchases) is required for all returns.
How to Return Items
1. Visit our store at 36 Boon Street, Whakatane with the item and proof of purchase.
2. If you cannot visit in person, contact us at (07) 262 4151 to discuss alternative arrangements. Refund Process Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For card payments, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions:
Sale or clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned unless faulty.
