Click & Collect Rules and Information
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all customers using our Click & Collect service at Oriental Grocer, we’ve established the following rules:
1. Order Placement and Confirmation
Orders must be placed online via our website.
You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS after successfully placing your order.
Ensure all contact details provided are accurate to avoid delays in communication.
2. Order Preparation and Pickup Timing
Orders placed before 12:30PM will be prepared for same-day pickup.
Orders placed after this time will be ready for pickup on the next business day.
Pickup must be completed during our store hours: (9:00AM -7:00PM)
3. Pickup Process
Wait for a “Ready for Pickup” notification before arriving at the store.
Bring your order confirmation (email or SMS).
Orders must be collected from the Click & Collect counter at Oriental Grocer.
4. Storage of Orders
Perishable and frozen items will be kept in appropriate storage until the end of your chosen pickup day.
Orders not collected within 24 hours may be subject to cancellation, and perishable items may not be refunded.
5. Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change your pickup time or date, contact us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Orders can only be canceled if the request is made prior to order preparation.
6. Refunds and Replacements
Items found to be damaged or incorrect must be reported at the time of collection.
Refunds or replacements will be offered for eligible items in accordance with our return policy.
7. Delegate Pickup
If someone else is collecting your order, their name must be provided during checkout. They must bring the order confirmation
8. No Show Policy
For orders not collected within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, we will contact you for a reminder. Items will be returned to shelf after 48 hours of no collection.
9. Customer Responsibility
Double-check your order before leaving the store. Once collected, the quality and storage of items become the customer’s responsibility.
10. Terms and Conditions
Click and Collect is subject to product availability at the time of order processing.
